Flash? Not bad. But you should pay attention to some things, such as the prospect in some parts of the shotgun. The right eye of Homer has also uploaded some errors.

Not bad. But if you want some tips, here goes: Your picture is a few glitches as the resolution(you can see it on the collar of the shirt), so try other formats, like .png or .gif.
Another thing, I experience a black outline instead of brown in the drawing.

Not a bad job, just a few more changes and it is perfect.
